Your reference is
Because your child is younger than nine, we confirm the place with you before taking any payment. The team will look at your registration and email you within two working days. If the programme is right for your child, that email will include a secure link to pay; if it is not, we will tell you honestly and nothing will have been taken.
Because you have asked about fewer days or certain subjects, there is no set price yet, so nothing has been charged. We will call you within 48 hours to talk through what you need. This kind of arrangement depends on how the groups and the timetable come together, so we cannot promise it in advance. If we can make it work we will send you a secure link to confirm and pay.

How your details are used
While you fill this form in, your answers are saved only on this device so you can carry on if the page closes; they are removed when you finish, or after a day. We use what you send here to enrol your child on the Luminary Tech Path, to keep the records we are required to keep as an education setting, and to take the payments you set up. Health, SEND and safeguarding information is held with restricted access and used only to look after your child. Card and Direct Debit payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card or bank details. We keep enrolment records so we can look after your child and answer questions about their time with us, and we do not delete them automatically. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ltp@robocode.uk. When Luminary Tech Path registration moves into my.robocode.uk, my.robocode.uk will send Meta, for a new family's registration, your email address, phone number, first name and last name, each hashed (turned into a scrambled code), with the country, the reference Meta gave the advert click that brought you (if any), the page address and the campaign name. Meta will compare the codes with its own users to tell us whether your registration came from one of our adverts, and it never receives your child's details. Email us if you would rather it did not, and we will stop. We never sell your details. Our Privacy Policy says who helps us handle them, such as Stripe for payments, and why.
