Important notice. The Customer Terms are the contract between RobocodeUK Solihull Limited
and the parent or carer who enrols a child on the Luminary Tech Path. They do not remove or limit any right
you have in law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The main points for Tech Path families

- The joining fee is £90 for each child, paid with the first payment on every plan.
- Joining after the year has started: on the Monthly plan you pay the joining fee and one month at enrolment. Enrol on the 1st to the 7th and the place starts that month. From the 8th it starts on the 1st of next month.
- The Tech Path's published fees never change during a programme year already begun.
- There is no fee for a late or failed payment. A missed payment goes through five written stages before attendance stops.
- Leave within 14 days of paying and we refund your first month, less any classes your child has been to. The £90 joining fee is kept. If you paid for a term or a year, the rest of what you paid is refunded too.
- After that, leaving needs one full calendar month's notice. Ask in the app, by email or on WhatsApp, or tell your centre. Your notice runs from the day you ask.
- Brothers and sisters get 10% off tuition for two children and 15% each for three or more.
- GCSE exam entries are charged separately, from our exam fee list, and emailed to you first.
